Digital Uncut Acquisition

Published on 21 October 2022 - Updated on 16 November 2023

I’m excited to share that Digital Uncut has been acquired by Eskimoz!

Eskimoz, are a well established digital marketing agency based in Paris, with offices in Madrid and Milan, and like us have expertise in SEO, PPC and Data.

Being acquired by them is part of the expansion into the UK, and the start of the expansion into the US too given our client base there. We have an exciting shared long term aim to become the leading performance marketing agency in Europe & the US.

I am incredibly proud of everything the team and I have achieved in Digital Uncut – from launching the agency with a clear vision to deliver impactful data-driven digital marketing campaigns, to today announcing the acquisition of the agency by Eskimoz is just amazing.

As part of this deal, I will effectively be staying in the same position as the UK Managing Director oat Eskimoz, and look forward to working closely with the senior leadership team to establish the group’s presence here in the UK, while achieving accelerated business growth.

So what does this mean for clients?

Well in the very short term, there will be no change. We’ll continue to operate independently, with the same team. However, as we integrate further, we will have more resources, expertise and technology available to improve our service and the value we’re able to deliver. As a group we’re very committed to delivering the best service possible, as this will underpin our ability to achieve our aims. I am personally excited about this and look forward to sharing more news on this in the future.

What will happen to the Digital Uncut brand?

Again in the short term, there is no planned change. Digital Uncut, the UK based company, emailing our digitaluncut.com emails, will still be used. Longer term we do see value in uniting under one brand, and are reviewing our options here post announcement.
